You can request a full refund of a Season Pass or Lifetime purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. Email [email protected] from the address used for the purchase, or reply to your receipt.
Purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
