1. Service description

UniApp is a factual reference platform that provides verified data about US universities for international applicants. The platform includes university profiles, comparison tools, and cost calculators.

UniApp is not an admissions counselor, advisor, or consultant. The platform presents data — it does not make recommendations, suggestions, or decisions on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your application decisions.

2. User accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian consents to your use.
• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

3. Free and paid tiers

UniApp offers a free tier with limited access and two paid plans with full access. Both paid plans are one-time payments in US dollars; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Current features and prices are listed on the Pricing page.

• Season Pass — $79, one-time. Access: 18 months from purchase.
• Lifetime — $129, one-time. Access: no end date.
• Refunds — a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, as set out in the Refund Policy.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes and billing questions. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or download the database or substantial parts of it by automated means, or republish or resell it.
• Use the service to harass, spam, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the platform's source code.

Paid access is for the personal use of the account holder.

5. Intellectual property

The UniApp name, logo, design, and software are the property of Individual Entrepreneur Uladzislau Dubouski. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

University data displayed on the platform is aggregated from public sources and direct correspondence. University names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective institutions.

7. Limitation of liability

UniApp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed deadlines, incorrect data, or application outcomes.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Deletion permanently removes all your data.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
• If we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer data export options.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not remove any consumer protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.
